• Kudos to all of the Fine Arts students  as there were more than one hundred in attendance for the Parent Meeting this past Wed., evening!!

Way to go Performing Hawks!!!

• Are you interested in healthcare, medicine, or helping people? Then consider becoming a part of HOSA. We’re having an informational meeting on Monday, September 14TH, where you can learn what HOSA is, what we’ll be doing this year, and how you can get involved. See Mr. Rhoads in D126 for more information.

• Interested in supporting the immigrant communities right here in Saint Louis? Contact Ms. Philippone if you would like to join the Immigrant Alliance Club. Stop by A229 or email her ephilippone@hazelwoodschools.org.

•  Attention Seniors! Check out the Senior Google Classroom to purchase Senior ads in the yearbook. 

• Homecoming week is September 21st through the 26th.

  • The homecoming game against Riverview is on Friday, September 25th, at 6 pm. 

  • The parade is Saturday, September 26th, at 9:30 am

  • The dance is Saturday, September 26th, at 6:30pm to 9:00 pm.

Requirements are 95% attendance, no referrals, and Safe Schools Videos done by September 11th.

• Homecoming ticket sales will begin with early bird discounts on Monday, September 14th  in the commons during lunches. 

  • Tickets are $15 for Central students and $20 for outsiders.

  • Outsider forms are available in the grade level offices.

  • Tickets for Central students will increase to $20 on Monday, September 21st.

•  Picture days for Seniors will be September 28th and October 12th. Seniors, please check the google classroom to book your appointment. One appointment only per Senior by choosing one link.

• Picture days for 9th - 11th will be October 6th and 7th.

• Dress Code Reminders:  

  • No blankets or covers are allowed

  • No type of hat is allowed unless for religious purposes. Absolutely no ski masks!

  • Hoodies should be taken down/removed while you are in the building

  • House shoes and/or slippers are not allowed and should not be worn

  •  Crop tops, shirts, or jackets which expose a student's midriff are not allowed  

  • Any student who does not follow these policies will be subject to disciplinary action.

• Students MUST have their school issued I.D. in their possession at ALL times. If you are late to school, please have your ID out and ready  to scan to check in.

  • Softball @ Hazelwood West High School
